- How do I clean the outside of my Prada handbag?

A Take all of you stuff out of the bag first(even if you're only cleaning the outside, when the leather is dampened it will stretch to fit the shape of whatever is slightly pushing on the bag, making it mis-shapen) 1.Dip a piece of cloth or sponge into a weak or diluted detergent and wipe the outside of the bag. If there is a stain, dip a cotton ball into Rubbing alcohol (surgical spirits) and dab the area and leave for about ten minutes. 2.After that, use a soft dry cloth to absorb any remaining Water. 3.To dry, I would leave it on a flat surface in the shade. (direct sunlight fades the colour) and NEVER use a hairdryer it will make the bag lumpy. 4.To restore the bag to it's full shine and colour, polish the it with leather conditioner. 5. Enjoy! Note: Never put your prada bag in the washing machine (I'm sure you don't need to be told) Always test any new products on the bottom Of your bag (somewhere it can't be seen) just incase If you really don't feel confident (or it's just really expensive), take it to a professional cleaners

A if you payed a few hundred dollars for it then its a prada if you bought it at a mall check to see if its made in Italy and the bag is stitched good and the prada symbol is on correctly
